Your Real Estate Insider: Thanks Carol for Great Training & Motivation

Thanks Carol for Great Training & Motivation

I think its human nature to question what you are doing, when things are rough. I also think its pretty easy to say, in this economy, things are rough. I love the real estate profession, and I know it is what I am meant to do. Lately things have been a little rough, I have had a few closings fall through, listings I can't get contracts on, buyers I can't get approved, etc... It has been really hard to stay positive. Myself and a few other agents, in similar situations approached Carol Harold for some advice. Carol is a top producing agent and runs her team out of our Long & Foster, Foxcroft office, She also teaches principles, ethics, GRI, etc.. for real estate. Carol Decided to schedule a free training session in our office for Marketing, Motivation, Business Building, etc... Our training was this morning, and it was top notch. She told me what I needed to hear at exactly the right time. I have been working really hard and getting frustrated because i haven't received the results that I expected, but I haven't been focused. I haven't been working on essential things that I should be working on. Carol reminded us that it isn't easy, but if you work hard and smart, it is definitely worth it in the end. Not too many people at the top of their profession want to take time and help those struggling. Carol is always there to help, she wants us all to be successful. I would like to thank her for that. I want to use this motivation as a spring board to my future success!

Sometimes it is best just to walk away and not beat yourself up and come back rejuvenated after a short vacation or motivational seminar.  If you just learn one thing by getting away and taking a chill pill or at the seminar, it will get you over the next hurdle. Best wishes.

I am so glad you had someone effective to motivate and train with.  It is such a lost art in todays business world.

Put a picture on your mirror in your bathroom. This is something you will see everyday. Make that picture be your motivation, be it a car, a trip, a house, something you want when you reach a certain goal. Let that picture be your daily motivation.

I found my success by developing a five-year plan. Then I break it down into years, months, weeks, days, and even hours. Then I work those hours and days persistently and consistently. By doing that, the weeks, months, years, and five-year plan just naturally fall into place.
