The E myth Revisited is a great book if you are or are planning on being in business for yourself. I have been in business for myself for a few years now and I wish I would have read this book a long time ago. It could have saved me a lot of time, trouble and money. This book shows you that you need to run your business from three different prospectives, the trades person the manager, and the entrepreneur. It will show you how to organize your business and make it a franchise, that can run efficiently with or without you. If your business cannot run without you, then its not a business its a job.
