Out with the snow, In with the rain

A few weeks ago I was willing to accept any weather if the snow would go away. The snow was killing my business, I couldnt show houses and all my current deals were getting bumped. Since then the snow melted, we had a few beautiful days, and now the rain. The rain moved in Friday morning and we have been getting downpoured on ever since. I have had showings canecelled because the roads are flooded oiut.I have a rental property that has a roof leak, and a client from last year just text me to say his new house has a leaky basement. This is making the snow not look so bad! Be careful what you wish for.

Here in San Francisco we're ready to say "Out with thr Rain, in with the Sunshine"  Just a matter of time for all of us to see nicer weather.

we're getting a lot of both snow AND rain this Spring. Oh, well, everything will be green this summer.
