USDA - out of money?

I have just recieved information from a local mortgage company, that the USDA loan program will be out of funding by the end of April 2010. For those of you like myself, that deal with a lot of first time home buyers this will be devastating. I encourage everyone to contact your local, state, and federal government, and let them know how important this program is. Thanks Aaron Poling

When I have heard this before it was because of some funding bill had not passed yet. Let's hope that is the case this time as well.
