I recently recieved my SFR Designation. Watching the market change and seeing client after client needing help work through the housing crisis. I started working with short sale sellers and buyers, to help people through the process. It didn't take long to figure out that this is a difficult and scary process for everyone involved. I learned more taking the classes and webinars for the SFR designation than I did in over a year working through the process. It was one of the best decisions I have made as a agent. You should take it soon, SFR is waiving the application fee until the end of March! If you can get the education portion finished and send off your application, it will save you some money!
