Happy Holidays back at you, and wish you an easier and more enjoyable 2010!     How is the East Coast, or West Virginia with sales?   Denver is doing better this year, but still could have been much better.

Things arent terrible and they look better all the time, especially compared to last year. It is a very competitive market, if your listings arent short sales or foreclosures then you dont have much chance for a sale. It makes it rough on the sellers that did all the right things but need to sell. Time fixes a lot of things though.
