Recommended Reading for all real estate agents young and old. I have read a ton of books about how to become a successful real estate agent. I usually get a bunch of great ideas from each one, and they always motivate me to go out and sell. This book is different, its not about a few good ideas, its about a system to build a successful and profitable real estate business with proven systems. This is a book that I will read atleast once a year and will be building my business with. I highly recommend this book. Let me know what you think.

I have the book but to date, havent finished it. I've known alot of KW agents that speak highly of the book. I know I will get to it someday.
I read his book Millionaire Real Estate Investor also, it was good but didnt have this big of an impact to me. This book really answered a lot of questions for me. I know its hard to get in time to read but its definetly worth it.
Thanks for the tip...will read this.
It was a great read. His new book, "Shift" is also good.
Agreed, it really changed the way I look at the business, and helped me out a lot. Another one I reccomend is Mastering the Art of Selling Real Estate by Tom Hopkins. These 2 books helped me out more than most of the training and seminars I've attended put together, and I always reccomend both to new agents.
I am actually reading "Sales Prospecting for Dummies" by Tom Hopkins. It is a pretty good read so ill check out mastering the art of selling real estate. I guess its the same author.
I ;ove that book too, especially the part about team building which I'm working on these days.
A book that has had a lot of impact in my business is "The Speed of Trust" by Stephen M.R. Covey.
I have the book and it's on my "to be read" list. I think after reading your blog, I might just elevate it to the 1st position. Thanks Aaron.
