Your Real Estate Insider: A picture says a thousand words

A picture says a thousand words

I just got this picture from one of our Local Real Estate attorneys. Having been a builder for a long time I have been to many closings but always being the buyer or seller. This picture was taken by Amanda Steiner one of the closing attorneys, the picture is of myself and the attorney that conducted the closing, Dave Pill. I consider both attorneys very good friends of mine, which would explain why they had me pose for this picture of me recieving my first check from a real estate closing as a real estate agent. I want to say thanks to Amanda, Dave and everyone at Pill and Pill. In my opinion they have set the mark that all professionals should strive to reach. Their team is second to no one. Thanks Aaron

Congrats!  How did you transitition from a builder to an agent? Selling em instead of building em, eh?  Either way, congrats, with many more to come.

Thanks for everyones Responses. I am still a builder but i have always liked working with the buyers and i like using my building knowledge to help people make more informed decisions on buying or selling. I have wanted to add sales for many years but havent had time. I guess you could say having the time to do it now is a gift that our down economy has given me. Thanks

Congratulations - every closing brings us closer to a better market (less inventory!).  Hope you have many, many, more.

Aaron, you definitely look happy. I alsways love receiveng commission checks from a transaction that my clients rave about my services and the people involved in the transaction that made it go so smoothly, attorney, lender, inspector, insurance agent and a cooperating selling agent and sellers.

Congratulations on receiving your first check of many many more to come.

BTW, today was payday for me, too. One less property in the inventory and happy first time buyers.

A picture does say a thousand words. What a great idea to take a picture receiving your first check. I wish someone would of thought of that when I got mine. They sound like great people. And you know the saying birds of a feather flock together so I can only image you are pretty great yourself. I am glad you had a happy day.
