Recommended Reading #3 The E myth: Revisited

The E myth Revisited is a great book if you are or are planning on being in business for yourself. I have been in business for myself for a few years now and I wish I would have read this book a long time ago. It could have saved me a lot of time, trouble and money. This book shows you that you need to run your business from three different prospectives, the trades person the manager, and the entrepreneur. It will show you how to organize your business and make it a franchise, that can run efficiently with or without you. If your business cannot run without you, then its not a business its a job. This book can help get your life back and make your business run better than ever. Thanks Aaron

The Housing Boom and Bust, by Thomas Sowell is an excellant read for everyone in a real estate related field. This book explains why we ended up in this economic crisis. It also explains how we can work our ways out of it and avoid it in the future. Let me know what you think.

Recommended Reading

Recommended Reading for all real estate agents young and old. I have read a ton of books about how to become a successful real estate agent. I usually get a bunch of great ideas from each one, and they always motivate me to go out and sell. This book is different, its not about a few good ideas, its about a system to build a successful and profitable real estate business with proven systems. This is a book that I will read atleast once a year and will be building my business with. I highly recommend this book. Let me know what you think.
