Thanks To our home show committee!

Last Sunday we finished up with our 2010 home show weekend, here in Martinsburg W.V. This year I was the chairman of the home show committee for our office. The weekend was great and everything turned out perfect! But there was a lot of work involved. I would like a chance to thank everyone on the home show committee, George Daniels, Tanya Noll, & Robbie Timberlake! They did a fantastic job and things wouldn't have been the same without their contributions. I like to thank our Manager/Broker Margie Bartles. Knowing how important it is to her agents and office to participate in home show, she goes to bat for us to with corporate.I would also like to give thanks to our office admin who helped schedule and coordinate everything, Betsy Shroades & Deb Perko. I would also like to thank all the agent who participated in taking shifts in our booth. I wont name all of those, but thank you. There are some pictures below to check out. Thanks Aaron

Ok I cant get the pictures to post I will repost them later! Thanks

Rain + Home Show = More People

Recently I have blogged about our local home show and I have blogged complaining about the rain. It has taken me until the last day of the Home Show to realize they are connected. Since the home show started friday morning we have been hammered with rain. I thought this was a terrible thing. I was wrong, partly because of the rain we have had a Great turnout at our home show. If we had beautiful weather, there would be a million other things to do, than spend time at the home show. The rain is bringing more people in and keeping them there longer. Even though I hate to admit it, The rain is good! Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful (rainy) weather!. Thanks Aaron

Home Show this weekend in Martinsburg WV

Come visit the Home Show this weekend in Martinsburg W.V. The home show will be located at the Martinsburg Mall. Last year the home show had about 4,000 visitors, and we are expecting a great turnout this year also. Our Booth will be near GNC, close to the food court. I will be around all weekend but my scheduled booth times are Friday 12-2 and Sunday 3-close. Come out and see me. Thanks Aaron

Home Show advice?

Home Show Advice

At the beginning of the year I wrote a post about participating in my first ever home show. As the year comes to a close we are starting the preperation for this years home show. Last year I was able to fly under the radar, I did some to help set up, I worked a few hours in the booth and I was done. This year my luck has changed. At todays sales meeting I was picked to co-chair the home show committee. I am lucky enough to be working with two other Realtors that are great friends. I am actually a little excited about this opportunity. Does anyone have some good ideas about making for a successful home show. I would like all the the help I can get. Thanks
