I have decided it is time for to start farming a few neighborhoods. This will be the first time I have done this. Now I am having a hard time deciding which neigborhoods to target. Do I pick older established neighborhoods that could have an easier time with lower pricing, or do I pick newer neighborhoods that will be easier to market but I will have more competition with foreclosures? I need help from my activerain brothers and sisters! Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Aaron
