Apple Blossom Ticket Store

I have been receiving a lot of questions about where to get tickets for the upcoming Apple Blossom events. The address is 2625 Valley Avenue, Winchester Virginia. It is located beside the Handy Mart and Dunkin Donuts. The contact number is 540-664-2199. You can find tickets for all the great events of Apple Blossom like Stag Luncheon, Bloomers Luncheon, Circus, Carnival, etc... They also sell t shirts, and Apple Blossom memorabilia. Hope this helps someone. Thanks Aaron

Only a week left!

We are only a week away from the deadline to be under contract fot the homebuyers tax credit. To qualify for the tax credit you have to be under contract by the end of April and close by the end of June. If you are waiting for the perfect time to buy, that time is now. The tax credit is for first time home buyers, and for buyers moving up. If you want more information about the tax credit or have any other real estate questions, feel free to ask. Thanks Aaron

Celebrate Earth Day!

Thursday, April 22nd is Earth Day. Trying to protect our environment is nothing new. Earth Day originated in 1970 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania created by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson. It was designed to raise awareness and appreciation for the Earths environment. The Earths environment is at the forefront of politics and media. No matter what your political position, taking care of the earth just makes sense. Use this Earth day to appreciate your environment for all it has to offer, Use this also as a chance to think about what you could do to help the environment. Think about putting in place a recycling plan, or increasing your energy efficiency. These are things you should think about every day but especially on earth day. If you want more information check out Wikipedias page on Earth Day. Thanks Aaron

Who Let the Dog Out!

I was showing houses today to a buyer I have been working with for some time. We got to a house with showing instructions that read "Two friendly dogs inside, go show". We approached the door and heard the dogs barking. The buyer asked if it was really ok to go inside, I said yeah I am sure its ok. I told him I would go in first, once they were ok with me I would open the door so he could come inside. I went inside they sniffed me for a minute and everything was ok-- so far. I opened the door to let him in and one of the dogs ran outside. I freaked out! I was trying to get the dog but the dog ran because he didnt know me. I could tell the dog wanted back in but wouldnt come back because I was in the way, and my buyer was by the front door. I didnt know what to do. Finally the neighbor came over, he called for the dog and she came running back. Went right to the front door and back inside. I was relieved. I quickly thanked the neighbor and showed the house. I will be more careful next time opening doors with pets on the other side. After it was over, we got a good laugh out of it. I think my buyer liked seeing me freak out.

Thanks Aaron
